Camp Clerk Lead Notifications — SMS Terms

Program description

Camp Clerk Lead Notifications is a text messaging program operated by ShopClerk AI, LLC. It notifies camp operator team members by text when a prospective parent’s inquiry comes in through their camp’s Camp Clerk chat widget, so a lead is never missed — including outside business hours.

How you opt in

You opt in yourself, from inside your own Camp Clerk account — never on your behalf by someone else. When you first log in as an invited team member, you can enter your own mobile number and check a consent box to enable text notifications. This choice is not pre-selected, and is separate from any other agreement you accept. You can also turn text notifications on or off later from Settings → Users → Notifications in your Camp Clerk dashboard.

Immediately after opting in, you’ll receive a one-time confirmation text similar to:

“Camp Clerk: You’re opted in to receive lead alerts by text. Msg frequency varies with lead volume. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.”

Message frequency varies with how many leads your camp receives — there is no fixed number of messages per month.

How to opt out

Reply STOPto any text at any time to stop receiving messages, or uncheck the SMS toggle in your Camp Clerk account settings. Either method works — you don’t need to do both.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include major US wireless carriers; coverage may vary.
