These Terms of Service govern your use of shopclerk.ai and the Camp Clerk product (together, the “Service”), operated by ShopClerk AI, LLC (“ShopClerk AI,” “we,” or “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

The Service

Camp Clerk is an AI-powered enrollment assistant that camp operators embed on their own websites, along with related tools for managing leads, notifications, and account settings. Specific features, pricing, and availability may change as the product develops.

Your account

If you use Camp Clerk on behalf of a camp or organization, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, to send unlawful or unauthorized communications, or to interfere with the Service’s normal operation.

SMS and email notifications

Camp Clerk offers optional SMS and email notifications to team members who opt in. Full program details, including message frequency and how to opt out, are in our SMS Terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any AI-generated content will always be accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShopClerk AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
